Why We Love It
You need to ship a bike? We've got boxes! Our cardboard bike boxes come in 4 different sizes.

Each box is folded up to reduce shipping costs and prevent damage. Once the box arrives, simply remove the tape and unfold the box. The box will have some light creases from the folding, but will maintain it's original structure when assembled.

We recommend using a healthy amount of packing tape to seal the edges.

  • The Small box Fits most Road, gravel bikes, smaller MTB's. Will not work with integrated cockpit, seatmast. Fits under the Oversize shipping limit.
  • Medium Bike Box Dimensions: 60 x 10 x 33"
  • The Medium box fits most Road, gravel bikes, Small/Medium MTB's. Will not work with integrated cockpit. Considered Oversize by shipping carriers.
  • XXL Bike Box Dimensions: 70 x 10 x 36"
  • The XXL box fits all Road, gravel bikes, Large/XXL/Downhill MTB's. Will not work with integrated cockpit. Considered Oversize by shipping carriers.
  • Time Trial / Integrated Cockpit Bike Box Dimensions: 55 x 20 x 32"
  • The Time Trial box is intended for Time Trial / Integrated cockpit bikes, both wheels must be uninstalled for shipping.
