The Fox DHX2 is a high-performance coil shock designed for enduro and downhill rigs. After months of thrashing it on my enduro bike, we’re stoked to share my thoughts on this plush beast.

Ride Feel

• Small Bump Sensitivity: Off the charts! It's like riding on a magic carpet through rock gardens.
• Mid-Stroke Support: Surprisingly good for a coil. Offers a supportive platform for pumping and berms.
• Bottom-Out Resistance: The beefy MCU bumper handles big hits and hucks to flat like a champ.

Adjustability

• High and low-speed compression
• High and low-speed rebound
• Two-position climb switch
• Pro tip: I found running things pretty open worked best, but don't be afraid to experiment.

Installation and Setup

• Make sure you've got the right mounting hardware
• Spring rate selection is crucial - I went stiffer than Fox recommended
• Might need to purchase additional spacers depending on your frame
