Mosaic’s RT-1 represents the pinnacle of titanium road bike construction. It’s handcrafted right here in Boulder, CO, and sports a blend of oversized internally double-butted and thin walled straight gauge 3/2.5 tubes. This combination makes the bike stiff, responsive, and lightweight, all without losing the sublime ride quality titanium frames are known for. This means that while the RT-1 is a machine that’s built for speed, responding instantly when you put the power down, it’s still compliant enough to keep you feeling fresh on those long all-day rides. Its titanium construction also means that the frame will maintain these enviable characteristics throughout its lifetime; resisting corrosion, fatigue, and damage with little maintenance. The frameset is finished off with ENVE’s carbon road fork, itself a fine work of art. Like the frame it resides in, it is stiff and precise, while providing ample damping for vibration and road noise. The RT-1 is a race bred machine, ideal for the discerning competitor who is interested in something that will both perform and last, and do it all beautifully.

There are no surprises here. Every pre-owned bicycle we sell is serviced, inspected, and rated. Wear items — such as chains, brake pads, and tires — are replaced if they have less than 50 percent life.
Beyond those consumables, the condition chart above shows you what to expect. To create every chart, our experts inspect each bike and rate its components on a scale of 7-10. The Overall Rating is the average of those individual components, helping you tell how much overall wear this bike has. What about bikes rated 1-6? It’s simple. We don’t sell anything that scores below a 7. You’ve got high standards, and we do too.
Along with the condition chart, look closely at the bike’s detail images, which will highlight any wear or damage. Learn more about how we rate a bike’s condition to create this chart.
