On this episode of The Café Ride, we chatted with Kate Quay. Kate rode competitively for over a decade until she developed pudendal neuralgia, a pelvic floor condition, in 2018. After getting injured, she struggled to find information and support to aid in her recovery. To ensure this didn’t happen to other cyclists, Kate created the website pnandcycling.com to help spread information about pudendal neuralgia and provide hope to those currently experiencing symptoms. After taking 3+ years off the bike, she’s made a full recovery and wants to help spread the word that returning to riding after injury is possible.
