Made from a thin two-way stretch polyamide fabric, the Pure-Lite Splash Jacket fits neatly over your jersey and packed pockets without being too baggy or acting like a sail in the wind. The material has been treated with more eco-friendly fluorocarbon-free DWR to enhance the rain resistance. A mesh fabric at the collar is intended to feel soft and breathable against the skin, and prevent moisture build-up around your neck. The two-way full length zipper makes it easier to decide how to ventilate without exposing your chest to chilly winds, and also makes accessing your rear pockets easy-peasy. And armpit openings help keep your torso ventilated. The material itself also dries very quickly, which means that once you have finished the mountain descent, or the sun has come out again after a brief shower, this super lightweight jacket can pack down to pocket size again to be slipped back into one of your jersey’s rear pockets.
