Variety is the spice of life...
This bike is too big for me, otherwise it would be a no-brainer. This is a Rodeo Labs Trail Donkey 4.0 with a really well specc'd built kit. SRAM GX AXS 1x Mullet with Rodeo Labs very own carbon wheels. You can do so many things with these bikes, Rodeo Labs made a winner with this one.
Josh L. - Photographer
TLDR:You can do so many things with a Rodeo Labs Traildonkey 4.0.

Sometimes you just want to go explore. The Salsa Cutthroat is one of the best bikes you can choose for loading it up with gear, venturing into the wild, and unplugging for awhile.
Matt S. - Intake Technician
TLDR: Load up the gear and unplug for awhile.

I've had my Evil Following for a few years and love it, but it's feeling about time to try something new. The latest generation Pivot 429 has been high on my list for a bit (or a Santa Cruz Tallboy) as an all around capable trail bike. Not shy on climbs or descents. I've heard the handling of these bikes is incredible. This particular one is hard not to like - decked out to the 9's with SRAM XX1, Reynolds Black Label, and Fox Factory... We have a few different builds of this bike at the moment, we'll see if one ends up coming home!
Adam V. - E-Commerce Merchandising, Purchasing
TLDR: Trail bike that's not shy on climbs or descents.

I ride a Gen 8 Madone with a very similar colorway, so that's what grabs my attention first. Very subtle, with a fun splash of color on the fork. I've ridden a Cannondale SuperSix before and these bikes perform so well. With a Shimano 105 Di2 drivetrain, this is one of the best performing road bikes you can get for the price. I'd say it's the road bike for the people.

TLDR: The road bike for the people.

The Week of S-Works.....
I've put over 15,000 miles on my current Specialized Crux and have been enjoying it a lot. It feels just about time for an upgrade. If timing was a little better this S-Works Crux would be the perfect way to go. Between the S-Works frame, SRAM Red drivetrain, Terra CLX wheels...everything would be a step up! When it comes to weight... in the gravel world you'd be hard-pressed to find many bikes that even come close (15lbs 4oz).
Chase R. - Consumables Coordinator
TLDR: Time for a Gravel Upgrade.

We all know the S-Works Aethos is a killer bike. This specific one is even more special. Every penny from the sale of this bike goes to support All Clubs LA - a non-profit committed to building diversity and equality in cycling. With a stunning unique paint job, the latest SRAM Red AXS E1 Groupset, and a top-of-the-line Zipp 858 NSW wheelset this bike will ride amazing and you'll great knowing your purchase is making a difference.
Justin E. - CRO
TLDR: Get a new bike & donate to a good cause. Win Win.

This S-Works Aethos is feather light. For all the amazing climbing we have here in Colorado, this is the perfect bike!I love that the prior rider went Shimano Dura-Ace throughout, including the wheels, which isn't super common. This bike is just 14lbs 1oz!
Aaron S. - Facilities Coordinator
TLDR: Light as a feather. Perfect for the mountains.

Week of June 9th:
Typically I'm a Specialized fan boy, but I can't stop checking out this Rock Lobster. We have it prominently displayed in our Thornton showroom and I pass it multiple times a day. Similar to Kirsten's dilemma, it's not my size, but if it was it'd surely become a part of my fleet.
These Rock Lobster's are handmade to the highest quality and the waiting list for these bikes can be over 1/2 a year. This sweet cyclocross/gravel bike is in pretty much new condition and could be some lucky riders new steed without the wait. Honestly, I'm also typically a SRAM fan boy, but the new Ultegra Di2 12spd feels really dang good and I'd be stoked to keep it on this bike. The Ultegra carbon wheels also feel bombproof, which is good because this bike is ready for some action. This has nothing to do with my shirt matching the bike perfectly today. Total coincidence.
Richard S. - Catalog Specialist
TLDR: Meticulously handmade to the highest standards - bombproof!

TPC has a special relationship with Mosaic. Not only are they a local Boulder company, but the founder even used to work at TPC prior to kicking off frame building. A handful of TPC staff have either come from or gone to Mosaic. These bikes are built with so much passion, you can feel it in the way they ride. The bike looks great in pictures, but even better in person. In the rows of bikes in our warehouse, this orange and silver on this bike stand out.

This Orbea Alma is a little big for me (it's an XL), but if it was my size it'd be exactly what I'm looking for. I've been looking for a hardtail to hit the trails, but also double as a gravel bike if I need. The prior owner of this bike made some great build choices. SRAM X01 mechanical, a Fox Factory fork, ENVE cockpit, and really nice Industry Nine carbon wheels all make this bike lighter than some of the gravel bikes I've been looking at, even in an XL (21lbs 11oz).
If I were to buy this bike, the only change I'd definitely make is adding a dropper post.
Kirsten F. - Accounting Manager
TLDR: Lightweight hardtail for single track or gravel.

Apart from this being SRAM instead of Shimano, it's hard to get any closer to what one of the best road cyclists of all time, Tadej Pogacar, rides. What more needs to be said?
Justin E. - CRO
TLDR: Pogacar rides it, 'nuff said.

This Orbea Ordu tri-bike stands out with its sleek lines and beautiful paint. I love riding all types of bikes, but the feeling you get when your fit is dialed in a good, comfortable aero position is transcending - you feel like a rocket ship.
Gregory B. - Head of Tech
TLDR: Feels like a rocket ship.

BMC has stayed true to a timeless look and style that's always caught my eye. The Teammachine, specifically, always feels top shelf, no matter the build. It's a bike that makes you feel fast. This build happens to be top shelf. Nothing about this bike build will leave you wanting.
Corvez B. - Inside Sales, Customer Experience, Retail, Bike Assembler
TLDR: High performance, top shelf, timeless road bike.

VYNL is a local Boulder brand that has their aluminum frames hand-made in Portland. Not many people can say they ride a bike from a company in their town. I love simple done well and that's what this VYNL is all about. Nothing proprietary which makes upgrades or emergency swaps a piece of cake.
The Ultegra Di2 drivetrain is perfect for me - a reliable workhorse of a drivetrain that keeps the cost reasonable. Ultegra Di2 paired with the Aluminum frame gives you an approachable high performance road bike, which I'm all about. The bougiest part of this bike is the ENVE wheels. Necessary? No. But, I certainly wouldn't turn them down, ENVE parts ride incredibly well. Lastly, I love the red paint job. I think it goes perfectly with the no-funny-business attitude of this bike. Simple, but classic Fire Engine Red. What you can't see in this photo is the non-drive side of the down tube has a black VYNL logo - nice touch.
Honestly, I don't need a road bike right now, but it was taking some will power to resist this temptation. Wouldn't you know it though... my co-worker Corvez did me a solid and removed temptation! Maybe we'll do a follow-up on this sweet ride where he tells you all about how fun it is.
Adam V. - E-Commerce Merchandising, Purchasing, Catalog, Retail, Bike Assembler
TLDR: Local Boulder company, US-Made frame. Simple done well.
