- Mechanic's Comments: - All wheels have been trued and serviced by our TPC mechanics. - Fair condition. - Light to moderate scratches to rims and spokes. - Some light oxidation to rims. - Front hub bearings are smooth & rear hub bearings have some slight roughness. - Braking surface shows normal wear from use. - We only purchase premium power meters in good condition, but due to the sensitivity of these devices, we cannot guarantee battery life, accuracy, or calibration. - History, mileage, model year are unknown. - Tubular glue residue to rims.
