Why We Love It
Let’s cut to the chase, mixing suspension brands isn’t going to cut it. Equipping one end of your bike with Öhlins will only highlight the weaknesses of the end lacking it. You will notice it. It will eat at you. So Ohlins have made it easy to make the correct choice from the get-go. Unlock your bike’s potential with the matching Swedish gold on both ends.

TTX2Air Shock:
The TTX2Air delivers the unrivaled sensitivity, control and flawless all-conditions damping that TTX products have built their reputation on. Ohlins made more involved tuning, such as altering volume spacers or adjusting the stroke, as straightforward as possible so it can be performed even with basic skills.Once dialed-in, you’ll immediately appreciate the shock’s super-plush feel that increases comfort over long, demanding rides, maintains momentum over roots and rocks and also has the capacity to soak up more serious hits. The TTX2Air’s superb levels of confidence inspiring traction and control will encourage you to push your bike harder and faster than ever before.

The TTX2Air combines the superior damping function of the TTX system together with a low friction air-spring. The twin-tubed design enables two-way oil flow through the piston and the double tubes. With the ability to extensively tune the pressure when the oil passes the compression and rebound valves, Ohlins has created a well-balanced and extremely predictable damper. This results in a highly effective range of clicks enabling you to easily dial-in the shock and achieve the perfect suspension set-up.

Just like every product fitted with TTX damping technology, the TTX2Air has a race-proven settings bank giving access to a huge range of options for tuning the damper to suit any specific rider, bike or riding style.

RXF38 m.2 Fork:
The RXF38 m.2 delivers hard-hitting dual-crown downhill performance to the single-crown scene. The brand new RXF38 m.2 is available for 29” bikes, with five different iterations offering a range of 160-180mm travel, and 44 and 51mm crown offset options built around Öhlins’ signature TTX18 damper and unique three-chamber air spring. The independent third air chamber allows you to adjust bottom out ramp with only a shock pump. No volume spacers or tokens needed. The newcomer to the Öhlins lineup brings 38mm stanchions to the brand’s single crown range, a chassis optimized for big-hit trail riding, confidence-inspiring TTX damping and unrivalled adjustability. It’s the product of Öhlins’ long-term close collaboration with the UCI DH World Championship-winning team Specialized Gravity, where milliseconds gained make for wins.
About This Item
  • TTX2Air:
  • Don’t drown in settings! Leave the anxiety clicks to nerds. Enjoy the ride knowing Ohlins' engineers have already optimized the valving, leaving just enough adjustments to fine tune your ride, ensuring you will never end up with a dysfunctional tune.
  • Yoke-approved, bulletproof design. Born into DH racing a decade ago, the TTX had unreasonably high strength and reliability benchmarks to exceed. And it did, which is why Ohlin's coil shock is the only one recommended for installation onto suspension designs utilizing a yoke, which places high side loads onto dampers. Ohlin's shafts laugh at the bending loads that crumple lesser shocks.
  • RXF38 m.2:
  • TTX damping keeps you consistently higher in the travel through the perfect balance of compression and rebound force.
  • 4-position high speed compression adjuster performs like an instantaneous revalve, without all the oil and shims. Pedal mode in the furthest position for road transfers.
  • 16 position low speed compression adjuster. Fine tune the support you need through berms, rocky traverses, and steep chutes without using extra spring force.
  • 16 position rebound adjuster. Ohlins has eliminated the useless super slow and super fast settings to ensure riders end up with a good, safe tune.
  • Vast, verified setting bank allows revalves to suit every rider’s preference.
  • Rebuildable using standard tools and shaft clamps.
  • No disassembly required: Add air to the ramp up chamber with a shock pump — no need to take out top caps and fiddle with spacers. Makes trailside tuning easy.
  • Adjustable negative spring volume. Want more support? Add a spacer. Want more off the top suppleness? Remove one. Another Öhlins special feature
  • Cheap and easy travel changes are available by swapping $40 air tubes. Available in 90, 100, 120, 130, 140, 150, 160, 170, and 180mm increments to suite your needs.
  • Easy to rebuild. Ohlin's cartridge design means you can remove the entire air spring withou
