Why We Love It
Internally called the "no holds barred" rim at NOX HQ, this rim is the result of almost a year of R&D efforts to push the limits of weight, stiffness and durability available in a carbon rim. NOX’s goal was to make the ultimate XC racing rim on the planet (yes, they set their sights high!). What the engineers came up with delivers; with an abundance of lateral stiffness, their trademark asymmetrical design, generous 23mm inner width and a continued refinement of their Rockguard Hookless bead provide best in the industry durability to rock strikes or other direct rim impacts. In short, if you are looking for speed, a wheelset built around the Skyline rims is the best upgrade you can make for your bike.
