Fulcrum rims are actually Campagnolo tech in disguise, so the 3Diamant braking surface treatment used on the Racing Quattros is the same as that featured on Campy's legendary Bora line. These wheels address the common issues of poor carbon rim braking to provide powerful stopping in both wet and dry conditions when paired with Fulcrum's carbon-specific brake pads.
