Why We Love It
We've all heard the term "Down-Country". This term describes a bike that's blazing fast, but borrows some DNA from its bigger travel cousins. For Rocky Mountain, this means giving the Element a sweet spot combo of 130mm travel in the front and 120mm in the back, keeping the bike light and fast, but providing plenty of squish for a lively and confident bike over most obstacles! A steeper seat tube angle puts your weight over the cranks to provide optimal power for pedaling on flats and uphills, but a slacker 65degree headtube (in the slackest position) is ready to take on techy downhills! Rocky Mountain stands out with their unique "Ride-4" technology. This technology allows discerning riders to adjust the geometry of their ride depending on terrain or their unique riding style.
