Why We Love It
As if the standard SB140 wasn't capable enough, Yeti said "supersize it please" and spec'd a 160mm fork (10mm more than the standard SB140) on the Lunch Ride, which slackens the head tube angle by 0.5 degree. The LR build comes with wider bars, beefier wheels and stronger brakes for rougher riding. The SB140 is Yeti's resident “fun” bike made for the rider looking to stay young, jump the highest and snap their whip the furthest. It’s more playful than the SB130 and more capable, modern and refined than the SB5.5. The SB140 LR is next-level capable compared to the standard SB140.
