The Niner SIR 9 frame is able to save weight and increase strength by taking advantage of Reynolds 853 steel's super durable and super light characteristics. Niner excitedly claims this bike falls into a geometry category they call "Trail Country", fitting between a cross country racing machine and a trail bike. If off-road touring is your jam, this bike also has copious rack, fender, bottle cage, and bag mounts allowing this bike to transform into a kick-butt long adventure bike-packing rig.
