Why We Love It
The Checkpoint ALR is a rugged adventure-ready, budget-friendly version of the SL. The ALR frame is made from Trek's 300 series Alpha Platinum Aluminum, which makes it tough and still impressively light and responsive. With generous tire clearance front and back (700 x 45mm or 650b x 2.1mm), mounts for racks, fenders, and plenty of bottle cages the Checkpoint is ready for adventure.
