Too Much Mud? No Such Thing

Why We Love It
Staff Pick:
Cyclocross bikes have somewhat gotten hidden in the shadow of gravel bikes, but if you're passionate about this corner of cycling a dedicated 'cross bike is worth the investment. They're often times lighter than most gravel bikes, which is necessary for fast accelerating and punchy climbs. Additionally, the geometry lends itself to the tight, twisty turns with it's nimble handling. The Canyon Inflite also has a signature notch in the top tube designed perfectly to comfortably throw the bike over your shoulder for run-ups and hurdles.

The Inflite was one of the first Canyon bikes that caught my eye when they began selling in the U.S. and it's held a soft spot in my heart ever since.

“Cross is Coming” or so we’ve heard. Meet it head on with the Inflite. Built around the short-yet-fierce nature of ‘cross races, this bike will carve a path to the finish line. With multiple World Championships to its name, no one can dispute the capability here. The stiff, lightweight, and strong carbon frame makes this a go-to race bike for the seasoned veteran or the first time racer.
Features
  • Lightweight but still tough as nails
  • Intense geometry with all the trappings of 'cross
  • Dominate the CX tracks with one thing in mind: winning
  • Unique design makes shouldering the bike effortless
Master Mechanic’s Notes
  • Light scratches on the chainstays
