Chapter2 bikes are all engineered by Mike Pryde. If that sounds familiar, you may be thinking of a slightly older brand named NeilPryde. Well, you're not far off. Mike is Neil's son and they teamed up in 2017 to bring you incredible craftsmanship out of New Zealand under the Chapter2 brand. The HURU is Chapter2's lightest weight option. With a featherlight frame weight of 789g rim and 819g for disc (size Med), it's ready to float to the top of mountain peaks. Chapter2 didn't want to just build a bike capable of getting to the top without also making it a confident descender. The HURU's geometry allows the bike to corner with steady precision. Strategically thin seatstays intentionally allow flex to provide compliance from the rear triangle. For a featherlight and responsive bike like no other, the Chapter2 HURU won't disappoint.
