Race Ready No Matter The Surface

Why We Love It
The design of this bike is inspired by a challenging cobblestone section at the end of a stage in Strasbourg during The Tour De France, in which Eddy Merckx narrowly beat Roger De Vlaeminck in a sprint in 1971. The Strasbourg71 is a race focused gravel bike ready to take on the toughest conditions with confidence. The frame is reinforced with impact-resistant material under the down tube and behind the seat tube to protect common areas of impact. The geometry of this bike lends itself closer to the roadie side of things, but makes room for up 40mm tires, making the Eddy Merckx Strasbourg71 capable of fast speeds whether rolling on smooth pavement, bumpy cobbles, or chattery gravel.
