The carbon ENVE M9 MTN Handlebar has been designed specifically for downhill riding, and its credentials include a long list of World Cup podiums. Even if you are just doing this for fun, the validation of the fastest, most daring professional riders should give you some idea of just how much research and design ENVE engineers have lavished on their race-oriented DH handlebars. They are made from carbon with a 31.8mm clamp diameter which will combine with the ENVE M6 stem to offer rock solid support no matter the drop-off distance. The 810mm width allows for a surprising amount of vibration absorbing flex while providing a stability-oriented wide hand placement. ENVE has also tweaked the 8° sweep and 4° tip angle for DH applications as opposed to the more trail oriented 9° and 5°. Keeping your weight evenly distributed on the bike will encourage you to follow your most aggressive lines and cut you course times.
