Why We Love It
Mason developed the Definition to change the idea behind the "winter bike". At the time, many 4 season riders had an uninspiring, clunky, beater of a bike that they loaded with fenders and sludged through the winter months with, not wanting to subject their carbon frame bike to the winter elements. The Mason delivers the high performance ride you've come to expect from your "A-Bike", but in a durable aluminum frame. A threaded bottom bracket puts your ears at ease with its lack of creak and is easier to service. Clearance for up to 32mm tires gives you confidence rolling fast through wet corners and damps chattery roads. We love high performance aluminum frames done right and the Definition is certainly one of those.
