Description: This scenic single track offers beautiful mountain views as it winds through aspen groves and wildflower meadows.

Trail Location: The Mid Mountain Trail is located at Deer Valley Resort near Park City, Utah. Access via Silver Lake Village.

How to Get There: Take the Silver Lake Express lift up the mountain and look for the Mid Mountain trailhead.

Trail Highlights: Flowy downhill terrain with optional jumps and drops. Stunning views of the Wasatch mountains. Can be ridden as a loop or point-to-point.

Description: This lift-serviced bike park features machine-built trails ranging from green to double black diamond.

Trail Location: Located at Brian Head Resort in southwest Utah. Trails are accessed via the resort's chairlifts.

Helmet Laws:

- Salt Lake City and West Valley City: Helmets required for minors under 18.

- Provo: Helmets required for all bicyclists.

Sidewalk Riding:

- Salt Lake City: Allowed except in the downtown business district.

- West Valley City: Allowed except in business districts.

- Provo: Generally prohibited, with some exceptions like small children supervised by an adult.

Night Riding Rules:

- All 3 cities require a front white light and rear red reflector when riding at night.

Traffic Laws:

- In all 3 cities, bicycles are considered vehicles and must follow the same traffic laws as cars when on streets and roads.

Bike Lane Laws:
