How to Get There: Take the Silver Lake Express lift up the mountain and look for the Mid Mountain trailhead.

Utah Bike Laws & Regulations

Helmet Laws:

- Salt Lake City and West Valley City: Helmets required for minors under 18.

- Provo: Helmets required for all bicyclists.

Sidewalk Riding:

- Salt Lake City: Allowed except in the downtown business district.

- West Valley City: Allowed except in business districts.

- Provo: Generally prohibited, with some exceptions like small children supervised by an adult.

Night Riding Rules:

- All 3 cities require a front white light and rear red reflector when riding at night.
