Guaranteed Buyback Program

The Pro's Closet Guaranteed Buyback program is valid on all Certified Pre-Owned Bike purchased as of January 1st 2025 and newer. TPC reserves the right to void the Guaranteed Buyback program under the following conditions, but not limited to: frames with carbon damage, frames that have been custom painted, bikes that have been heavily altered from their original configuration. Guaranteed Buyback program does not provide a guaranteed offer amount. Offer amount will be based on current market trends, sales history, TPC inventory needs, and other factors deemed necessary by TPC purchasing team. TPC reserves the right to modify or cancel the Guaranteed Buyback Program at any time.

Gift Card Terms & Conditions

The Pro's Closet is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. Purchase of gift cards may not exceed $2000 USD , but may be applied to orders exceeding gift card amount. Gift cards issued by The Pro’s Closet are nonrefundable and cannot be exchanged, resold or redeemed for cash (except where required by law). In select cases, we allow gift card transfers, i.e. someone else can use your gift card should we get confirmation by you. Gift card value presented in this email is an estimate as recent purchases may not have been accounted for, please see your card for the updated value.
