Am I too late for Christmas shipping?

Sadly, yes. BUT — there's one holiday miracle you can leverage: a gift card! Those are delivered immediately to your inbox, and go from $25-$3,000. Give the gift of choice!

What happens when the weather gets crazy?

Unfortunately, this does happen, and it's not something we can control. FedEx will sometimes suspend shipping due to weather. Our advice: shop as early as possible!

Do I need to sign for my FedEx package?

If you ordered a bike, frame, wheels, or your order is over $200, then yes, FedEx will need your John Hancock. Please plan accordingly. We also highly recommend you download the FedEx app to track deliveries or make any changes!

Who is faster, FedEx or Santa?

C'mon. Don't disrespect the man with the white beard. He's lightyears faster.
