The Cannondale CAAD10 is the result of years of research and development, taking aluminum frame technology to a new level. Compared to the previous CAAD9 model, Cannondale has reduced the weight by almost 200 grams using its advanced 6069 aluminum. The CAAD9 also takes some features from Cannondale's carbon models, such as the S.A.V.E stays and the flattened top tube, optimizing ergonomics and performance. 

The CAAD10 also features offset dropouts on the full carbon fork for maximum power transfer and asymmetrical chainstays for an optimized drive-side balance.
