Allied Road Bikes For Sale

Bikes are meant
to be used.

Allied Cycleworks is a rare United States-based carbon-fiber frame manufacturer. Rarer still, they only use American-sourced carbon fiber. The Arkansas operation was born from the shuttered Guru facility (in Canada) and California’s CyclArt paint company. Allied's premier offering is the Alfa, which they designed as a classic road bike; light, stiff, and comfortable, with lines and paint that will look good for a generation. They also did something unique with the Alfa; they have 12 sizes, and half of them come with a 2cm taller head tube, meaning there are both 54 and 54+ size framesets.

A unique attribute to their bike frames, Allied incorporates Innegra polypropylene plies in their fiber mix. This dramatically improves impact resistance and reduces the chance of catastrophic failure in a crash. Knock on wood. The Alfa has evolved over the years, initially a rim-brake frameset, now rotor-disc only. There was a period when Allied offered the Alfa Allroad, a road bike that could work with 38mm tires, to add comfort and extend the adventure. Allied's new Allroad bike is the Echo which utilizes flip chips to toggle between road speed and gravel adventure.
