Buzzfeed's video producer/editor Quinton Washington took on a huge challenge recently. Without any training or preparation, he set out on an Everesting attempt on Zwift, the world's top virtual cycling app.
Fortunately, he wasn't alone. Washington called up the pros from the Saris + The Pro's Closet (STPC) Zwift team. STPC riders Holden Comeau, Jenn Real, and Matt Gardiner were all on hand to give him encouragement, advice, and to help him through his attempt to climb 29,029 feet, all on a stationary trainer in the virtual Zwift environment.Â
