We're open Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm and Saturdays 9am to 4pm for order pickup and bike test rides.

Feel free to stop by during our hours and we can set up a bike to test ride in around 5 minutes!

No need to contact us ahead of time for order pickup, as long as you've already received the "Your order is ready!" email from us.

Already purchased your bike with us? Save money by selecting local pickup (no shipping cost). You'll get your bike faster and be able to see it/ride it in person before you take it home. This makes it easy for us to make any last minute adjustments you need and answer your questions in real time. Plus, you save on the environment by us not using any packaging materials.
