Since our humble beginnings in 2006, The Pro’s Closet (TPC) has always had roots in the Colorado Front Range. For many years, we enjoyed seeing our customers, new and old, in person at our Boulder headquarters. Unfortunately, that all changed in 2020.
Due to the global pandemic, we had to shut our retail storefront, out of respect for public health and safety. It quickly became apparent that this made it a lot harder for our local customers to sell their quality pre-owned bikes to TPC. And we get it — it’s a little silly to have to disassemble and box a bike, then ship it to a location that’s only a short drive away.
So, in the second half of 2020, we partnered with Denver Boulder Couriers to offer pickup service to Denver/Boulder area customers to make it easier for you to sell bikes to The Pro’s Closet.

How TPC’s courier service works
After you go through the usual Sell // Trade process of submitting your bike and accepting our offer, you’ll be presented with the option to use our courier service.
Currently, we partner with Denver Boulder Couriers to pick up bikes in the following cities and towns, as well as locations within this geographic area:
At this point, the courier service is only able to make pickups in this area.
Once you request a courier pickup, a representative from TPC will get in touch with a pick-up date and time.
Before pickup, remove any accessories that are not included in the offer we made on your bike. This could include pedals, GPS mount, saddlebag, water bottle cages, or lights, for example. Label your bike with your submission ID provided by TPC.
Make sure you’re at the specified pick-up location on the set date and time to meet your courier. All you have to do is hand off the bike, and once it arrives at TPC and passes our inspection, we’ll get you paid as quickly as possible.
